It is an absolutely great software. Besides the chat option, with the visitor tracking option, customization, administrative options it is a complete package for the online customer support. Not to forget fantastic user interface... I WILL DEFINITELY buy this software.

ZAZA IS AWSOME! I'm enjoying using Zaza on my website. One of the things Im impressed is that with Zaza pasted in many of my webpages , it dont slow the website . Before Zaza I had tried another livechat and had installed it in about 10 pages. I had to uninstall the livechat because my website could not be accessed . I had to manually remove from all those 10 pages. I had almost given up on livechat software till I bumped on Zaza. Im impressed and I wish the evaluation period could be extended for more than 9 days...Thanks Zaza!

Does not work When I install on xp sp3 I get the report that mscrvt is in use and the install pukes. I then cannot find exe file. So I really can't evaluate the program

Does not install During installation, message came up about msvcrt.dll is being used even though I shut down everything and rebooted before executing setup.exe. Installation failed.
